The site of the original Livingston tenant house and the first Livingston post office is the setting for this one-of-a-kind restoration. Originally built in 1792 and overlooking a beautiful neighboring lake, the 2800 sf. farmhouse has the original 1792 dutch fireplace surrounded by the hand-sculpted reclaimed 10'' cypress flooring running throughout the house both upstairs and downstairs. 40' reclaimed hand hewn beams support the center of the house, and the exterior clapboard has all been hand-milled by the builder, as has the interior & exterior trim. All of the interior doors are original to the house and have been hand-sanded and lovingly restored. The new bathrooms are exquisite with marble countertops & floorsthe master shower a 5' x 7' room of marble. Custom-textured concrete retaining walls lead to the bluestone walkway. The deck and side porch are all custom-milled African mahogany and the spindles and handrails are yellow cedar.

Mortage Calculator

This mortgage calculator can be used to figure out monthly payments of a home mortgage loan, based on the home's sale price, the term of the loan desired, buyer's down payment percentage, and the loan's interest rate. This calculator factors in PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) for loans where less than 20% is put as a down payment. Also taken into consideration are the town property taxes, and their effect on the total monthly mortgage payment.
