Uptown Kingston Snowflake Festival & Open House
Friday, December 7th from 5-8PM: Stockings and little stuffers to first 1,000 visitors. Follow the balloons for complimentary goodies. Parade starts at County Courthouse, Wall St. Meet Santa Claus! Catskill Mountain Railroad Holiday Train
